Returns & Refunds
Everything we build is checked twice. If something is not right, we make it right.
Damaged on delivery
Inspect your piece on delivery. If there is transit damage, note it with the driver and contact us within 48 hours with photographs. We repair or replace at our cost.
Change of mind
Standard catalogue items may be returned within 7 days in original condition and packaging. A collection fee applies and the refund is processed within 10 working days of the item reaching our workshop.
Custom pieces
Made-to-measure and custom pieces are built to your specification and cannot be returned for change of mind. Manufacturing faults are always covered.
Warranty
Frames and joinery carry a 12-month workmanship warranty. Normal wear, misuse and incorrect cleaning are not covered.
