The simple rules that govern orders placed with Willow Interior Designs.

Orders and quotes

A quote is valid for 14 days. An order is confirmed once a deposit or full payment reflects in our account and you receive a written confirmation with an order number.

Pricing

All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is quoted separately. We may adjust prices for material cost changes on quotes older than 14 days.

Payment

We accept EFT, instant EFT, card payments via our payment partners, lay-buy and approved pay-later options. Goods remain our property until paid in full.

Lay-buy

Lay-buy requires a deposit and settlement within the agreed period. Items are reserved or built once the final payment is received.

Product variation

Timber, marble, leather and fabric are natural materials. Slight variation in grain, colour and texture is expected and is not a defect.
